Organising the Programme

Meets and Tours run from January through to December to many parts of the country.  We also usually have a European Winter or Summer Tour on our programme.

How are they organised? Any member of the club can organise a Meet and be the NHCC point of contact.  The member decides on a site they like to visit and informs the Chair so that it will be added to next year’s Programme which starts to be put together in June, after the AGM, with the first draft ready to be published in August.

 

We have started publicising the Programme far earlier than previous years now as sites fill up very quickly since bookings can now be made a year in advance. However, all good plans can change and therefore an updated Programme is posted on our website, Facebook and emailed to members once a month.
